It is with regret that the Brussels Organising Committee of the Afroeuropeans Conference 2021 decided to postpone the 2021 Brussels conference "Intersectional Challenges in Afroeuropean Communities", given the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Brussels Organising Committee is disappointed about the delay, but look forward to meeting in person in 2022, as the Afroeuropeans Network conference is in large part about engaging with colleagues and community building.
Alternatively of the conference, there will be aimed to host a smaller-scale event in the summer of 2021, entitled “Black Europe in Brussels”, which may be organised digitally should the circumstances still necessitate this.
We look forward to seeing you at Black Europe in Brussels and keep it safe!
